Meet the Owner + Organizer

Hi I’m Carina— home organizer, daughter of aging parents, and owner + organizer.

This work is personal to me. I started this business after seeing how overwhelmed my own family felt during a major move and estate cleanout. It made me realize how few services truly support families through these transitions—not just logistically, but emotionally, too.

Now, I bring both my professional organizing experience and a whole lot of heart to every home we help.

Hygge Home Help was built with one thing in mind: making tough transitions feel a little easier.

I know that homes carry stories—and that letting go isn’t just about stuff. It’s about memories, identity, and big life shifts. That’s why I approach every project with deep empathy, practical skill, and a little Scandinavian simplicity.

What ‘Hygge’ means to me

Hygge (pronounced hoo-gah) is a Scandinavian word often translated as “cozy contentment.” But to me, it’s about something deeper: creating a space that feels comfortable, welcoming, and truly yours.

It’s about the feeling you get when your home works with you—not against you. When there’s less clutter to manage, fewer things to worry about, and more room to focus on the people and moments that matter.

That’s what Hygge Home Help is all about: creating calm, functional spaces that make everyday life a little easier—and helping you and your loved ones feel more at ease with whatever comes next.
